Our candles are hand made to order to ensure the highest quality possible. They may vary slightly in colour, scent and appearance due to the nature of soy wax.

Damaged product during transit.

Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of our candles, stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling. Should you receive your order as damaged, please email through a photo at craftycandles@live.com.

As all our candles are all made to order please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be made and posted out to you by Aus Post ( shipping time frames may vary ).
